PAYMENT FOR THE ORDER:
\nTransferred to the current account of Privatbank (after agreement with the manager)
\nWhen paying through the terminal – additional commission
\nIn cash upon pickup
\nIn the mail upon receipt<\/p>\n
* After receiving your payment details, your order is booked for one day. If for any valid reason you cannot pay for the ordered goods, please let us know. As an exception, it is possible to extend the reservation for another day. If during this time the buyer does not pay for the order and does not get in touch, it is canceled. Thank you for your understanding!<\/p>\n
DELIVERY OF THE ORDER:
\n1. Ukrposhta* +50 UAH. for calling a courier.<\/p>\n
Sending orders “Ukrposhta Express” with the full estimated value of your order, payment for delivery – upon receipt (from 30 UAH!!!);
\n* Receipt time – in 4-7 working days. We try to pack the goods you ordered in the best possible way. We send parcels with full estimated value.<\/p>\n
2. Nova Poshta<\/p>\n
Payment for delivery upon receipt (from 40 UAH!!!)
\nparcels are estimated at the cost of your order (200 UAH only at your written request)
\nreceipt on the next day or the day after sending<\/p>\n
* After sending the parcel, you receive from us the number of the waybill, by which you can track the location of the shipment on the sites of Nova Poshta (https:\/\/novaposhta.ua\/tracking) and Ukrposhta http:\/\/services.ukrposhta.ua\/bardcodesingle\/).
\nIn both cases, you must have a passport to receive the parcel.<\/p>\n
3. Pickup (for Kyiv)<\/p>\n
You can pick up the order after agreeing with our manager by phone. Address for pickup: ul. Antonovicha, 23B, office 29 – Mon-Fri, from 10.00 to 18.00, having previously agreed on the time of arrival (IMPORTANT!)<\/p>\n

SCHEDULE OF DEPARTURES:
\nNew mail – within 12-48 hours from the moment of payment in the order of priority. We ship daily, except Sundays and holidays.
\nUkrposhta – departure on Wednesday, Friday, subject to payment before 17.00 of the previous day.
\nThe office at 23B Antonovycha St., office 29 for pickup is open from 10.00 to 18.00, Mon-Fri (other times by appointment)
\nDepartures are from 16.00 to 19.00 on weekdays.
\nProcessing and approval of orders on weekdays from 10.00 to 17.00.
\nYou can expect the departure number by SMS after 20.00 or in the morning of the next day.
